As a leading global computer company weathered a prolonged period of organizational change, senior managers decided they needed to better understand what employees in this corporation of 150,000 were thinking on a broad range of issues, and on a regular basis. They hoped to gain this accurate, in-depth knowledge conveniently, cost-effectively and without disrupting employee performance.
To achieve this, the company had ROI Communication develop and deploy a companywide survey, administered and updated regularly to reveal emerging trends and supplement information from its annual, all-employee survey.
Collaborating with the company’s Internal Communications team, ROI developed the Pulse Survey and Employee Feedback Report.
