Sheri Austin directs ROI’s recruitment and staffing team, matching the right people with the right projects in an ever-shifting Rubik’s Cube of needs and resources.
"It’s like a puzzle to me,"she said. "I really enjoy giving the
client teams the people they need to do the best possible job,
and that requires matching the right team members with projects
that interest and challenge them."
Before Sheri joined ROI in 2005, she worked for more than a decade in staffing and recruiting, primarily as a project manager and corporate trainer for one of the top technical staffing agencies in the United States. While there, she helped a wide range of San Francisco Bay Area companies meet their staffing needs, managed and "turned around" six of the recruiting company’s branch offices, and trained more than 200 members of the sales and recruiting team. At ROI, she led the staffing process that doubled the company’s team of consultants.
Known for her energy, enthusiasm and keen sense for people, Sheri also serves on ROI’s own Internal Communication team, manages and mentors the company’s administrative headquarters staff and works in business development.
