Sheri loves to wakeboard. She helps the ROI team make a splash, too.
As ROI Communication’s Director of Talent, Sheri Austin leads ROI’s recruiting and staffing team and works to ensure that every ROI consultant continues developing their talents and skills. “People do their best work when they’re engaged, challenged, and having fun,” Sheri said. “I try to make sure that keeps happening.”
In this latter capacity, Sheri helps others on the ROI team articulate their professional goals and identify the resources they need to achieve them. “I like not just to hire people, but to help them grow, too. I want them to exceed their own expectations.”
Before Sheri joined ROI in 2005, she worked for fifteen years in staffing and recruiting, primarily as a branch manager, project manager and corporate trainer for one of the top technical staffing agencies in the United States. While there, she helped a wide range of San Francisco Bay Area companies meet their staffing needs, managed and revitalized six of the recruiting company’s branch offices, and trained more than 200 members of the sales and recruiting team..
