Tony Caporal is an expert in training and program implementation – especially in helping clients get the most from their software, systems and business procedures.

"I help organizations understand their business better through the lens of business processes," Tony said, summarizing his 14 years in the field of training, software as a service and management consulting. "Even very profitable companies benefit from the insights and data I help them identify."

Tony launched his career in the hospitality industry, where he focused on new employee orientation and team-building programs. Later, in the retraining industry, he delivered classroom training and developed curricula, videos, websites and print collateral. Moving into consulting and computer-based learning, Tony went on to help Fortune 500 companies develop train-the-trainer programs, and then joined QuickArrow, a company providing software as a service that helps clients track and streamline company finances and business processes.

One of Tony’s clients at QuickArrow was ROI Communication. He liked the company so much that, in 2009, he joined it. "I really like the people and the culture and the work that ROI does, because strengthening communication is such an important part of helping companies succeed," Tony said.

A graduate of St. Edwards University, he also earned a Masters of Science in Applied Technology, Training and Development from the University of North Texas.

When he’s not providing consulting services, Tony is likely to be found spending time with his family or enjoying the outdoors – hiking, cycling, playing disc-golf or training for a half-marathon. He is also an avid home brewer, and blogs on the topic.
