Joanne has experience in the corporate,
government contract and non-profit worlds, and draws from a
diverse knowledge base in delivering quality work for clients.
Before joining ROI Communication, Joanne
worked at the non-profit organization Leave No Trace Center for
Outdoor Ethics, based in Boulder, Colo. At Leave No Trace, she
coordinated youth education initiatives and managed the redesign
of its youth program.
Earlier in her career, she worked in a
variety of human resources roles at Quantum Corporation,
including organizational development consulting and training. In
addition to other employee development programs, she led teams
responsible for delivering an annual Upward Feedback survey to
managers worldwide as part of the company’s overall performance
management system.
She is a graduate of Colorado State
University in Natural Resources. |
