Tina began her internal communication
career at PeopleSoft, founding the internal communications
function and building a communication infrastructure to support
the organization’s rapid expansion from 1,000 to 10,000
employees during her 5-year tenure. In that time, she assisted
the founding CEO with all his communication programming, and led
all strategic company-wide communication programming around
brand strategy, business issues, acquisitions, organizational
changes and crisis communication.
In 1999, Tina joined the Robert Mondavi
Corporation to start up the internal communication function.
There she managed the communication strategy for five
acquisitions and divestments, started leadership and field sales
communication forums and implemented enhancements to the
company’s vision and values. She also led the effort to
introduce the company’s first intranet, Connect, which was
recognized as an industry leader by CIO Magazine.
Tina holds a B.S. from the University of
Southern California, with a Marketing emphasis.
