Karen is an accomplished marketing,
communications and business development professional, with over
20 years of experience in the creation of successful campaigns
in these diverse fields. She has a strong background in both
corporate and non-profit organizations, and provides ROI's
clients with the ability to work successfully in a variety of
environments, even in the most demanding and stressful of
situations.
Karen's experience covers such areas as
corporate communications, acquisitions, contract negotiations,
strategic planning, branding, and media relations. She is
well-versed in event and project management, media relations,
content partnerships, and she has been instrumental in the
development of strategic collateral, advertising (print,
outdoor, radio, email, Internet) and websites.
She has experience in forging partnerships
in both the high tech and entertainment industries, as well as
with government entities. She has worked with such organizations
as, Sun Microsystems, Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory,
Sony, Nickelodeon, MTV, AOL, Universal Music, Yahoo, Ask Jeeves,
Match.com, iVillage, Applied Materials, Lam Research and Oakland
Ballet.
