Lori has experience in corporate
employee communication strategy and process, human resources
communication, project management and media production.
Lori has developed and implemented
communication materials and meetings for executives,
communication plans, acquisition communications, global
communication vehicles (print, video, email, intranet), and
global and local benefits rollout programs. Her international
experience has given her an acute awareness of cultural
differences between locations and the adjustments necessary to
ensure effective communication of key messages.
Prior to joining ROI, Lori led her own
consulting practice working with Sun Microsystems Inc. She also
served as interim executive director for a non-profit
organization that helps Russian orphanages. Before that, she was
the Director of Employee Communications for National
Semiconductor Corporation of Santa Clara.
Lori holds a B.A. in Liberal Arts
from the University of California, Santa Barbara. |
