Aaron Heinrich likes helping
organizations solve communication problems. "I look at these
problems as an opportunity to put my experience to work," he
said, "and to keep on learning from any given project’s new
wrinkle."
As a communication consultant
with over 20 years in the field, Aaron brings an unusual breadth
of experience and creativity to bear on client projects. He has
worked in branding and marketing, business strategy, public
relations and internal communication, and also boasts an MFA in
Screenwriting from the University of Southern California.
Over the course of his career,
Aaron worked for a broad range of firms including Waggener
Edstrom Worldwide, Ketchum, Manning, Selvage & Lee, Niehaus Ryan
Wong and the McQuerter Group. One of his favorite projects was
working with FedEx to align the internal and external goals of
its IT group with the company’s business objectives – a project
that included streamlining an estimated 2 million web pages on
the FedEx intranet.
Since joining ROI in 2009,
Aaron has been working with Pacific Gas & Electric to strengthen
its communications with customers. "I like working on projects
that make a tangible and immediate impact on people’s lives," he
said.
When he’s not consulting,
Aaron might be found hiking, camping or skiing in the Sierras or
riding his Victory motorcycle down the California Coast. In
addition to his MFA, Aaron holds a BA in Broadcast Journalism
from Arizona State University.
