Sarah brings ROI clients nearly a decade of experience in organizational planning and change management environments, both in global corporations and smaller fast-paced start-ups. After many years in executive-level support positions, she understands the challenges company leaders face, and can offer insights as a coach and key collaborator for executive managers. Most recently, she has served as chief of staff and executive coach to Hewlett Packard’s Vice President of Global Social Investment.
Sarah specializes in helping executives navigate through times of transition and change, and is adept at conflict management. She has provided key support during the integration of staff following acquisitions and mergers, the development and implementation of new policies and procedures, as well as training, staff development and event planning.

Prior to her recent work at HP, Sarah has worked for Broadlane, a leading technology-oriented healthcare services company, and for Predictive Systems, a networking specialization firm assisting Fortune 500 companies. Before joining ROI, she worked as an independent change management consultant.
Sarah received her bachelor’s degree in Modern Literary Studies from the University of California at Santa Cruz.
