Amy is a seasoned internal communication
professional and writer, having held senior level communication
positions at JPMorgan Chase, Prudential, American Express and
The Chase Manhattan Bank. She has broad experience in internal
communication, executive communication and marketing
communication. In these roles, Amy has led teams, both on-site
and remote, on collaborative communication projects. Amy has 20+
years of communication leadership and consulting and is
passionate about delivering clear, meaningful and
results-focused communication to an organization, especially in
times of change.
Amy’s work has
been focused on providing communication guidance and support to
reflect an organization’s strategic business priorities and to
help employees make connections between their businesses and the
corporation. She translates complex business process
reorganizations, change initiatives and organizational
transitions into straight-forward communications. Amy has
developed communication strategies for senior executives,
created and launched corporate intranet sites, established an
employee editorial board with functional and regional
representation to monitor effectiveness of communications
processes, designed and managed communications program for
global management audiences, and has developed and reinforced
strategic direction through employee measurement and data.
Amy holds
a B.S. from Clark University and a M.A. from George Washington
