Sarah brings
to the ROI team a diverse skill set and unique background,
having lived, worked and traveled around the world. With careers
in education, the travel industry and corporate retail
operations, she has a wealth of organizational skills,
flexibility and resourcefulness.
Prior to
joining ROI, Sarah worked in the Operations department of the
boating retail company West Marine. In this specialist role she
managed the intranet site, wrote and edited training
documentation and designed the technical reference guides used
by store employees across 380 stores.
Sarah began
her career in education. She taught in schools in Australia and
England and later, ran cultural exchange programs for the
University of California. Sarah also spent time working in
tourism in the Middle East. Each role honed her presentation and
training skills, organizational management and the ability to
handle complex projects while meeting client needs.
Sarah holds a
Bachelor of Teaching from ACU, Australia.
