Linda Pederson

Linda Pederson is a communications professional with more than 15 years of experience in internal communications, journalism, media relations, strategy, crisis management, analyst relations and public affairs.

Linda first honed her communication skills as a general assignment reporter and producer for various CBS and NBC affiliates, where she learned the paramount importance of accuracy, clarity and simplicity when trying to convey a story or a message.

"I try to keep things simple, because good, clear communication is essential to helping people understand the goals and challenges they face," Linda said. "This is such an important component of any business strategy, so I enjoy helping leaders keep it simple."

At ROI, Linda specializes in the creation and execution of worldwide employee communications campaigns including strategy, executive coaching, writing, as well as project and event management. She’s also focused on helping companies articulate and communicate their commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility.

"CSR is critical to any significant business today," she said. “"It drives transparency, efficiency and integrity, and it’s the right thing to do."

Prior to joining ROI in 2005, Linda created and managed global communication campaigns for a variety of companies in the high-tech, entertainment, political and real estate arenas. Past clients include Yahoo! Inc., Catellus Development Corporation, Lucasfilm, Ltd., San Francisco Office of the Mayor and Bechtel Corporation. She received a B.A. in communications from the University of California at San Diego.
