Allison Renda is adept at leading teams and solving complex problems.

As a project manager with more than a decade of experience in HR and internal communications, Allison offers ROI clients both insight and hands-on leadership. For example, she helped a large networking and communications company manage communications integrating 2,000 new employees worldwide; she also conducted a comprehensive communications assessment of a major engineering organization including surveys, interviews and focus groups; managed a virtual, global all-hands meeting that engaged 26,000 employees through Web 2.0 collaboration tools; and managed the development and implementation of a company-wide manager communication training program. Recent clients have included Cisco Systems, PMC-Sierra, Safeway Inc., Hess, Hewlett-Packard, Consumers Union, Safeway and Symantec.
Prior to joining ROI, Allison served as Corporate Development and Marketing Manager for Fragomen, a top global immigration law firm. For 24 Hour Fitness, the world’s largest privately owned and operated fitness center chain, she held a number of national and global positions, including Director of Operations Integration, global HR Manager and Director of Special Projects to the CEO. Allison holds a BA in Psychology from the University of California, San Diego.
