Kathy Ryan brings more than 25 years' experience in financial management and accounting to ROI.  She has proven her leadership in the field as founder of Macias & Ryan Inc, a financial consulting firm.  Kathy has built the firm from a start-up to a reliable source of financial management and accounting services for large and small companies in the Bay Area and San Diego, working in industries including internet services, life sciences, and software.

Before founding Macias & Ryan, Kathy served as Director of Finance at Quantum Corporation and worked in the audit and tax departments at PriceWaterhouseCoopers.  She has been a certified CPA for 24 years and holds a BSC in Accounting from Santa Clara University.
