Brooke Schiller

Brooke has worked across all areas of Human Resource Development, including learning and development, management and leadership development, organizational change management, performance management, succession planning, new employee integration, and team formation and development. She also has experience in a variety of industries, from high-tech to retail.

Brooke began her career at Gap Inc. in various front-line, store management roles, where she gained real-world business experience running multi-million dollar businesses. Brooke then transitioned into a Learning & Development role with a focus on Field Management & Leadership Development, with an emphasis on instructional design and training facilitation. At Advanced Micro Devices (AMD), she ultimately led the Corporate Learning & Development team, in addition to my ongoing organizational development and change management responsibilities.

At Siebel Systems, Inc., she specialized in Organizational Development, supporting the organization from a change management perspective, as employees experienced pivotal changes at the CEO level and through the ultimate acquisition of Siebel by Oracle Corporation.

She is a licensed practitioner with Insights Learning & Development, has earned a Human Performance Improvement certification from the American Society for Training & Development, and she is a certified Development Dimensions International trainer. In addition, she holds training certifications with Achieve Global, Novations, Inc. and the Center for Leadership Studies’ Situational Leadership. She also maintains active partnerships with ASTD, International Society for Performance Improvement, and local and national memberships with the Organizational Development Network.

Brooke received her B.A. in Organizational Communication from California State University, Chico, with a minor in Marketing.
