Kelly has an impressive track record in
all facets of organizational development, including performance
management, team development, management coaching, as well as
designing and facilitating training programs. She brings excellent
communication, project management and presentation skills to the ROI
team.
Before joining ROI Communication, Kelly was
responsible for management development, performance management and
regulatory training compliance for the nuclear medicine business at
Philips Medical Systems.
Previously, she worked for 10 years at Quantum
Corporation, where she honed her organizational development skills
and took on increasingly demanding HR responsibilities. She assisted
in the merger of Quantum and Maxtor as the HR manager for the vice
president of marketing and his organization. In this role, Kelly
conducted ongoing staff needs assessments, and worked directly with
top managers to help them understand and resolve the day-to-day
issues that inevitably surface in times of change.
Kelly began her career as an auditor and
trainer for Westinghouse Electric Corporation, where she developed
course materials and trained buyers and planners in using a Material
Resources Planning System.
She is a graduate of California Polytechnic
State University, and holds an M.S. in Human Resources Organization
Development from the University of San Francisco. |
