Kelly Scott helps organizations discover and develop their own
potential, then put that potential to work in pursuit of team goals.
As an expert in organizational development, performance management,
team integration, cultural transformation and communications
training, Kelly enables organizations to achieve better results by
recognizing and tapping the diverse abilities of every team member.
"I like
helping organizations make the most of everyone’s strengths," Kelly
said. "Usually, they have talent they don’t even realize."
A member of
the ROI Team since 2002, Kelly has worked extensively in helping
large organizations integrate smoothly, and to empower executives
and employees alike to embrace change. "I ask a lot of questions and
keep asking questions," she said. "People need to articulate a
challenge clearly before they can identify the best solution."
Before joining ROI
Communication, Kelly was responsible for training and regulatory
training compliance for the nuclear medicine business at Philips
Medical Systems. Previously, she worked for 10 years at Quantum
Corporation, where she honed her skills in organizational
development, including performance management and team development.
Kelly began her career as an auditor and trainer for Westinghouse
Electric Corporation.
Kelly is a graduate of California Polytechnic State University, and
holds an M.S. in Human Resources Organization Development from the
University of San Francisco. |
