Ruta is a senior communications
professional with extensive experience in helping executives and
senior leaders communicate complex changes to diverse and
challenging audiences. At ROI, she has worked on executive
communication and strategic planning for one of the world’s
largest technology companies, and human resource training and
employee communication for a large health care organization.
Prior to joining ROI, she led the
communication consulting businesses for two international human
resource consulting firms in Canada. She then ran the
communication practice for another firm in the Bay Area.
Ruta began her career as a newsmagazine
journalist, before moving into the field of corporate
communication and then consulting. Her background includes
specialized expertise in the high tech, health care and human
resource sectors.
Ruta has won multiple awards in business
communication and is Past Chairman of the International
Association of Business Communicators (IABC). She holds degrees
in Journalism and Political Science/History, and is accredited
by IABC. |
