"One of the keys to success in business is building a diverse team that brings each person's unique talents to bear on a project," she said.
And for more than 15 years, Colleen has done just that – in corporate communications, product marketing, business development, channel strategies and public relations. Colleen, who joined the ROI Communication team in 2011, started her career as a Product Marketing Engineer for Hewlett-Packard and managed the HP Corporate Price List for an enterprise software business unit. In this role, she was responsible for front-end marketing processes to determine product functionality, definition and pricing.
Colleen was working as the Global Alliance Development Manager for HP's Test & Measurement Business Unit when HP and Agilent split in 1999. Colleen continued with Agilent Technologies, managing its global channel partner business and working with several other business unit leaders to introduce the Agilent brand to customers and resellers worldwide.
Colleen, who earned a B.A. in English and Communications from Colorado State University, also spent seven years working as the Field Marketing Manager for a software and consulting company. In that capacity, she helped develop field support and training techniques, managed corporate and product branding, and was responsible for external communications.
