Kelley has a long history working in human
resources and organizational communications, training, change
management and performance consulting. Her extensive experience
includes change communication covering reorganizations,
mergers/acquisitions, internal branding, changes in business
strategy, transitions of the CEO and other key leaders, as well
as intranet strategy, design and development. Previous positions
span several HR leadership roles for domestic and global
businesses, as well as over seven years in organizational change
consulting.
Most recently, Kelley was the Director of
Internal Communications for Siebel Systems, Inc. where she
designed and managed their internal communications strategy as
well as led the transition of the founder, Tom Siebel, a change
in the organization’s business strategy, and the on-boarding of
several key leaders. Additionally, she has held several
leadership positions with major retail brands such as Gap Inc.,
NIKE, Ann Taylor, The Limited and Roots Canada.
As Managing Partner of Aspire
Communications, she focused on change communications and worked
with such organizations as Wind River Systems, Bebe Stores,
Eddie Bauer, Sony Development, Cisco Systems and Applied
Materials. Prior to founding Aspire Communications in 2001,
Kelley was a senior consultant for Watson Wyatt Worldwide in
their Organization Effectiveness practice.
Kelley earned her B.A. in Journalism from the
University of Arizona in Tucson, as well as an M.A. in Human
Resources and Organization Development from the University of
San Francisco. She is a past board member of the International
Association of Business Communicators (IABC) and is a member of
both the Bay Area Organization Development Network and the
Society for Human Resources Management. |
