JoAnn is a dedicated, decisive, and detail-oriented professional with proven skills and accomplishments in developing, implementing, and managing corporate financial systems, processes, and procedures. She brings over 25 years of accounting and business experience to ROI, and is a motivational leader and “hands-on” team participant with the ability to lead diverse groups. In addition, she has the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously in a fast-paced, time sensitive environment. Key to her success are her communication skills, which enable her to develop trusting relationships through integrity, professional character and industry expertise.
JoAnn holds a BA in Business Administration with Accounting Option from Washington State University and earned her CPA Certification. She is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
