Having held senior level internal
communications positions at The Walt Disney Company, Barclays
Global Investors, Charles Schwab, Silicon Graphics and DHL
Worldwide Express, Michele brings nearly two decades of
communications experience to ROI Communication. She is
passionate about helping companies and leaders succeed through
strategic, timely and open employee communications as well as
leadership coaching.
Michele has an international background,
and speaks fluent French and Spanish. The bulk of her
communications work has been focused on creating global
communication solutions for international companies. She also
has a strong background in intranet communications, development
and management. Her intranet work has earned awards from several
organizations and she has been a featured speaker with multiple
professional communications and training organizations.
She is a member of the International
Association of Business Communicators (IABC)and the Council of
Communication Management. Michele is also a certified coach and
completed the Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara’s professional
coaching program. As a coach, she works with executives and
leaders on a variety of leadership, communications and
management issues.
Michele attended the University of
California, Davis and the American Graduate School of
International Management, in Glendale, Arizona where she
received a master's degree in International Management.
