Becky
Zlatunich approaches every
project systematically. "I’m a
very process-oriented person,"
she said. "I love
process-oriented challenges, and
getting people on board for
change."
And with nearly 25 years of experience
in business processes, human resources, marketing and
communication, Becky is adept at all aspects of project
management. Over the course of her career – primarily at
Hewlett-Packard – she has worked as a business process
analyst, a product marketing manager, an HR communication
specialist and as a communications manager for the company’s
global internal communications function.
During her tenure, HP nearly quintupled
in size – dramatic growth that honed her skills in
facilitating change within the organizations she served. Now
she applies that same expertise on behalf of clients of ROI
Communication.
"Change is inevitable," Becky said.
"Communication isn’t. But if you’re pro-active about
planning and communicating, and if you measure your results,
you can really help people and the company transform change
into productivity."
Becky knows a thing or two about
productivity outside of the workplace, too. As an avid
gardener, her twin tomato plants produced hundreds of the
succulent fruit this past summer, delighting dozens of
neighbors and friends who received them.
Becky, a graduate of Arizona State
University, is a member of the International Association of
Business Communicators. |
